A joint venture between Burrell and EDI (City of Edinburgh’s development arm) was created between John Forbes and Ian Wall, then CEO of EDI.

A joint venture with David Murray’s property group- PPG. Introduced PPG to residential projects (hitherto solely commercial developers). A variety of projects completed in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
