John Forbes has practiced in Scotland since 1983, with an emphasis on residential projects and in particular work involving existing and Listed Buildings. He has gathered a remarkable wealth of experience in design, management and on-site construction. Having diversified in education and property development in the past, the current practice is focused entirely on commissions from private clients, with the majority of the work involving new houses, house renovations and extensions. As a sole practitioner, there are a limited number of projects that are undertaken in any one year, ensuring that the client receives a tailored, effective and diligent service.
